Our commitment to your fund raiser begins when we have our first consultation for the event. We discuss all pertinant information including date, time, and type of event. We discuss any types of additional fund raising ideas that will be in place such as Chinese auctions, 50/5o, t shirt sales, etc. Once we have all the details and within 1 to 2 months before your event we advertise it on our facebook page and other media. Our facebook advertising of the event will include posting of the event at least 2 times a week and mentioning of the event on the day of. At your event we will play music that is geared towards your group makeup. We also will plug any other fund raising means at the event. We take care of all the announcements including winners of any types of prize. The onlly time you will meed to make any announcements is if there is any special speeches or such. Our fund raisers are low in price. Millitary, Police, Fire , and E.M.T are done free of charge.
